.Business Course of English. The author of this popular textbook is I. S. Bogatsky. Despite the fact that this book was published back in 2003, the information it contains is still up-to-date. The course contains 12 lessons; every lesson consists of a text for reading, a list of necessary vocabulary, a grammar task and an author’s comment. This book has such topics: job interview, business trip, business letter, making a contract and the differences of American and British terms.
.Business Start-up. This book is an ideal choice for those, who have just started learning English and only need it for work. Business Start-up is in two versions: Beginner–Elementary and Elementary–Pre-Intermediate. Just like the previous book, this one has 12 units, each of them including texts, questions for discussion, grammar tasks and tasks for enriching the vocabulary.
.New Market Leader. This book can be found in all possible variations (from Elementary to Advanced). We advise to take a book one level lower than your English is, since business materials are usually pretty difficult. This book surprisingly also has 12 units. This book is special thanks to so-called cases, which are tasks for solving practical issues. Every three lessons you’ll see a Working across cultures section, where you’ll find useful information on how to work with people from different countries.
.Professional English in Use. This book is really good for those, who want to dive into a specialty. There are special editions for engineers, market specialists, lawyers, doctors, programmers and so on. Choose the one you need and go ahead!
.Communicating in Business. The disk that comes with the book contains recordings of business meetings, negotiations and presentations that you can listen to. Every recording is accompanied by a task, where you have to conduct a negotiation yourself. Topics end with a list of necessary words, learned in this lesson.
